Adele is hosting SNL tomorrow night and I’m so excited, well I was... Turns out the 15-time Grammy winner isn’t performing! Luckily SNL got singer H.E.R to make a musical appearance, but hate to say I’m still disappointed. Not in Adele’s weight loss though! When I saw her in SNL’s opening dialogue, I barley recognized her... the mask didn’t help.

Located in Mooresville, about 45 minutes from Charlotte, the crew did a great job with social distancing, masks are mandatory when distancing is not possible and the apple cider donuts alone really made the trip worthwhile.
