As we head into the weekend, I hope everyone has an enjoyable time whether it’s at the movies, shopping for Halloween costumes or possibly celebrating a siblings birthday like myself. Yep, that’s right.. my sister, Crystal turns 33 Sunday and she has an entire day planned. My birthdays on the other hand, I just want to lay on the couch and get through the day without someone annoying me, which never happens. How do you like spending your birthday? Do you want all eyes on you with fireworks followed with a flash mob or would you rather have a pajama party with your dog and order Papa Johns?
I can’t believe Halloween is just two weeks away and I haven’t been to a haunted house. But, that’s going to change now that I know about so many haunted houses/trails close to the Charlotte area. For example, AquaWave in Belmont is hosting a haunted car wash, so you can get your car all spic n span, while feeling like you’re in the Texas Chainsaw movie. Also, the golf park you may know as Mr. Putty’s has a haunted trail with 13 scare zones to get you ready for spooky season.
Just hearing about these, I already know I’m going to need an adult diaper.
