Is Tate McRae psychic?
That seems to be the question on fans' minds after a resurfaced 2023 clip of the "Greedy" hitmaker correctly predicting the Super Bowl LIX score went viral following the big game on Sunday (February 9) evening.
McRae sat down with iHeartRadio's Q102 Philly a few years back and was tested on her knowledge of all things The City of Brotherly Love. Host Rachel Marie gave the songstress a Philadelphia Eagles face tattoo and asked her to predict the score of an upcoming game.
"Wait this is football right" McRae hilariously quipped before guessing that the score would be 40 to 22 with "obviously Philly" taking the dub. The video took off on social media after the Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs at Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans last night with a score of...you guessed it...40 to 22.
Fans sounded off in the comment section of Q102 Philly's repost in absolute disbelief stating, "Okay but how did she guess that," and "That’s some QUEEN S***." Others remarked on a missed opportunity to place a bet commenting, "You shoulda immediately placed a bet on this," and "Hope she placed that bet."
