Ariana Grande Joins "The Voice" As Their New Coach

"The Voice" is finally back this fall for its 21st season, with returning coaches Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, and now the new mega-singer Ariana Grande joining the cast, taking the place of Nick Jonas who left after the previous season.

"The Voice" has had multiple singers take the seat throughout the history of the show, such as Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, and Gwen Stefani, but Ariana might be the biggest artist they've had to go up against the other judges. She's also rumored to be the highest-paid singer in its show's history, potentially earning up to $25 million for the season.

The Voice has helped discover incredible new artists like Morgen Wallen, and most of its winners were coached by Blake Shelton, the only coach to have been on since its first season. But I'm curious to see which singers will catch the attention of Ariana, and what kind of team she'll be building this season. I'll definitely be tuning in, because I have a feeling it'll be the most competitive season yet!

The first episode of "The Voice" season 21 will premiere on Sept. 20th on NBC.
