Disney + released a handful of new shows that might make your quarantine life a lot easier.
With Covid 19 keeping families staying at home, rather than jumping to the theaters for the next blockbuster hit, it's easy to notice that streaming services are competing for your entertainment like never before. With Netflix's recent boom in original content, Disney has made sure to keep up as well. We finally have a preview or trailer for the anticipated Marvel spinoffs: Loki, WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and Ms. Marvel. Also, following the success of their latest Star Wars series The Mandalorian, Disney announced a new show that will bring back Hayden Christian and Ewan McGregor as Darth Vader and Obi-Wan Kenobi.
With all of this new, original content, it will sadly come at a price. Disney has also confirmed that starting March 2021, it will bump up its subscription price to $8.00 a month. Probably something we all could have expected, but still not as bad as Netflix's plan to raise its subscription plan to $17.99 per month.
