Former Bachelor Updates About His Coronavirus, "Breathing is Challenging"

Recently Colton Underwood, a former Bachelor alumni updated that he tested positive for Covid_19. Since then he's self-quarantined himself and kept us posted on the symptoms he's had each day. A recent post on Instagram went more in depth on how he was feeling, saying "the last few days were rougher than I expected."

We know that the coronavirus is more difficult for those who are older and for those who have pre-existing medical issues, but what we learn from Colton is that the experience can be tough regarless. Even though he's young and a professional athlete, he notes that breathing was by far the most unpleasant part:

"Breathing is challenging, the best way to describe it is feeling like I only have access to 20% of my lungs. I can only imagine how people with pre-existing health conditions feel with this."

Breathing issues are a common symptom of Covid_19, and it's what really makes it stand out from the regular flu. So remember, even if you're young and healthy, keep doing whatever you can to prevent the odds of catching the virus. I know using only 20% of my lungs is the last thing I'd want to feel like.
