Xbox revealed a tech demo showing the power of their next generation console's loading time. The Xbox Series X is placed next to the Xbox One and then loads a game in Safe Decay 2. The Series X is ready to play in 8 seconds while the Xbox One took about 50 seconds. That difference in time in very impressive and gives us a good sneak peak into the potential computing power of these next generation consoles.
Up until this point, loading screens have almost become a staple of video games. Some games solve the wait by showing tips and having mini games, but at this rate, loading screens could soon become a thing of the past. See the full demo here!
