Officer Kirston Colclough put the teachings of CMPD Serves into action when he went above and beyond to help a motorist whose car was broken down at a busy intersection. Officer Colclough positioned his vehicle to protect the driver and their family from traffic. He assured the family he wouldn’t leave until their situation was resolved and waited almost 3 hours for a tow truck to arrive.
