Officer Khadijah Muhammad went above and beyond in a vehicle theft case, recovering the stolen vehicle out of state and filing charges against the suspect, all while keeping in constant communication with the victim. Officer Muhammad coordinated with officers in Pennsylvania to track down the car. At the end of the investigation, the victim reached out to the department and said Officer Muhammad showed great empathy in trying to solve the case.
