Officers Matthew Lee & Ramy Ibrahim – Westover Division

Officers Matthew Lee and Ramy Ibrahim responded to a welfare check involving a young man with cognitive issues. They quickly found him wandering down a street. The officers were able to establish a rapport with the young man, bonding over a common interest in Star Wars. They gathered enough information to get him home safely and reunite him with loved ones.
