Chris Evans Just Dropped A Huge 'Avengers 4' Spoiler

Actor Chris Evans, who plays Captain America in the Marvel Universe movies, just announced on Twitter that he's probably not returning after Avengers 4

"Officially wrapped on Avengers 4," he wrote. "It was an emotional day to say the least. Playing this role over the last 8 years has been an honor. To everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera, and in the audience, thank you for the memories! Eternally grateful."

Here's the thing... NO ONE KNEW THIS.

So does Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, die? That hasn't been confirmed.

But now we at least know that he will not be resigning. His character was beloved by fans and appeared in The Avengers (2012), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), Captain America: Civil War (2016), and Avengers: Infinity War (2018), as well as cameo in a number of other Marvel films.

I guess we'll have to wait for more confirmation!
