Please join us on Thursday, December 16th at 5:00pm for a dedication ceremony for the new Concord Police Memorial honoring the memory and service of fallen Concord Police Officers William J. Kearns & Jason N. Shuping.
During the ceremony, city officials will unveil the new memorial statue and a candlelight vigil will immediately follow. The event is being held on the one-year anniversary of Officer Shuping’s line-of-duty death.
