Governor Cooper Issues Statewide Alcohol Sales Curfew

North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper is issuing a statewide curfew on alcohol sales, beginning Friday, July 31st. The order states that restaurants must stop serving alcohol by 11pm and bars must remain closed. This comes after the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services reported a record-high 1,244 hospitalizations in North Carolina on Tuesday.
