In the PSA, "Back to School Essentials," students are happily showing off their new school supplies until the commercial takes a dark turn to the reality students are facing today: School Shootings. The Sandy Hook Promise is "a national non-profit organization founded and lead by several family members whose loved ones were killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14, 2012."
This anti-violence ad hopes to encourage people to know the warning signs of troubling behavior before it is too late.
